Eddy Leasing Limited, trading as Chepstow Man With A Van(“we”), is a man-and-van removals and clearance service covering Chepstow and the surrounding area. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send through our quote form or by phone, WhatsApp or email — typically your name, phone number, email and details of the job.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site (such as pages visited, time on site and country-level location), and Google Search Console to understand how the site performs in Google Search. This helps us improve the site. No personally identifiable information is collected through these tools. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, quote for the work and carry it out. Your enquiry is emailed to us and recorded in our internal job sheet. We never sell or share your details for marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend and logged to a private Google Sheet. Both are reputable processors that handle the data on our behalf.

Your rights
